Pet Policy
At Santikos Collection, we understand that pets are an important part of your family and we welcome your furry friends to our hotels. We have established the following guidelines to ensure that both you and your pets have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us.
Pet Fees and Guidelines
A non-refundable fee of 25 € per pet, per stay will be charged upon check-in. This fee covers additional cleaning and maintenance costs associated with accommodating pets. No charge will apply for service dogs (certificate required).
We accept pets with no restrictions in weight and a maximum of 2 pets per room. Pets must be fully trained and well-behaved and kept on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas. Please bring your pet's health record booklet with you, updated by your veterinarian.
Pets are not allowed in our restaurants, bars, or pool areas. Please do not leave your pets unattended in your room or in your vehicle. If your pet causes damage to hotel property, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs.
In the event that your pet causes disturbances or poses a threat to the safety or comfort of other guests, we reserve the right to ask you to find alternative accommodation for your pet.
Pet Amenities
To ensure that your pet has a comfortable stay, we provide the following amenities:
A welcome treat for your pet upon arrival
Food and water bowls
A comfortable bed for your pet's use during your stay
A list of local pet-friendly restaurants, parks, and shops
Please note that these amenities are subject to availability and may vary by location.

Pet Release Form
I, [name of pet owner], hereby acknowledge that I am bringing my pet [name of pet] to stay at The Alex and agree to the following terms and conditions:

I certify that my pet is healthy, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and free of fleas and ticks.

I agree to keep my pet on a leash or in a carrier at all times while in public areas of the hotel.

I agree to never leave my pet unattended in my hotel room. If I must leave the hotel, my pet will be crated in my hotel room or kept in a designated pet area of the hotel.

I agree to clean up after my pet and dispose of waste in designated areas.

I agree to pay for any damages caused by my pet, including but not limited to stains, scratches, or chewing damage.

I agree to be responsible for my pet's behavior and any injury or damage caused by my pet.

I agree to release and hold harmless Santikos Collection, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of my pet's stay at the hotel, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

I agree to indemnify and defend Santikos Collection, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise out of my pet's stay at the hotel.

I acknowledge that there may be additional fees for my pet's stay at the hotel, and I agree to pay these fees.

I acknowledge that the hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse my pet's stay at any time, without giving a reason.
I have read and understand this release form, and I acknowledge that I am voluntarily assuming all risks associated with my pet's stay at the hotel and releasing The Alex from any liability. I understand that this release form is legally binding and that I have given up my legal rights to sue Santikos Collection for any injuries or damages resulting from my pet's stay.
